BIMM is expanding and seeking a Senior Agentic Developer on a contract basis until December 2026. This hybrid role involves working two days per week at our Toronto office. You will design and develop systems that not only reason through tasks but deliver high-quality outputs as part of our client's digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain agentic systems that handle complex tasks
• Develop automation and application workflows based on business needs
• Build evaluation pipelines and measurable quality metrics




• Define input and output contracts using typed schemas
• Manage the prompt engineering lifecycle with structured templates

Requirements:
• 5+ years of engineering experience in an agile setup
• Hands-on expertise with AI-assisted software systems
• Proficient in Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiar with accessibility standards, ideally WCAG 2.2
