Role

You advise and support insurance brokerage companies in identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions. Working closely with domain experts, you translate business needs into concrete AI use cases and help bring them to production.

Responsibilities

- -Analyze existing workflows and identify high-impact AI opportunities in insurance brokerage.
- -Design and implement AI-based solutions (e.g. document processing, risk assessment, customer communication).
- -Work with stakeholders to ensure adoption and measurable impact.
- -Stay current on AI capabilities relevant to the insurance industry.

Profile

- -Experience in consulting, software engineering, or data science.
- -Understanding of (or robust interest in) the insurance and brokerage domain.
- -Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and platforms.
- -Strong communication skills — able to bridge technical and business audiences.
- -Fluent in German; English proficiency.
