As a vital member of the Agro team, you will report to the Agriculture Manager and focus on building strong relationships with customers. Your main duties include recommending crop planning strategies, input solutions, and fertility programs. You will work diligently to meet sales and inventory targets while ensuring productive engagement with growers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain ongoing communication with existing and prospective customers
• Provide crop planning and fertility program recommendations
• Achieve established sales and inventory targets
• Assist producers with maximizing program opportunities

Requirements:
• Degree in Agriculture or related field
• 5+ years of related experience with 3+ years in leadership
• Strong communication skills with multitasking ability
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence required
