Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise swimming lessons ensuring program consistency
• Perform duties as an Instructor/Lifeguard when necessary
• Review lesson plans and swimmer evaluations regularly

• Maintain records of pool usage and safety incidents

Requirements:
• Previous experience in swim instruction needed
• Current LSS Swim or Red Cross certifications required
• Standard First Aid certification must be current
