Chipotle is seeking an IT Field Specialist in Ontario to enhance restaurant technological experiences through maintenance and troubleshooting solutions. Your IT skills will support our mission to deliver excellent service.

In this role, you’ll manage on-site IT services for multiple restaurant locations. You'll provide tiered support for both hardware and software, while also helping to launch new restaurants with the necessary IT infrastructure. Efficiency and strong collaboration with various teams will be key to your success in this position, as you'll implement asset management to ensure technology effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and conduct on-site maintenance visits for tech
• Provide ongoing IT support for hardware and software needs




• Monitor and track asset conditions and status
• Assist in the rollout of IT projects and upgrades
• Support new restaurant openings with technology setup

Requirements:
• A.A. in Computer Science or similar
• At least 2 years of relatable IT support experience
• Experience with restaurant-specific hardware/software
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
