From booking classes and processing payments to answering queries, your role will shape positive experiences for our swimmers and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet families warmly and guide them through the facility
• Manage registration, booking classes, and processing payments
• Handle phone and email inquiries with clarity and professionalism




• Assist families in selecting appropriate programs for their swimmers
• Maintain a clean, organized facility ready for action

Requirements:
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, dependable, and organized communicator
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Basic computer proficiency and eagerness to learn
• Commitment to obtaining Standard First Aid certification
