As the Assistant Maintenance Team Lead, your role focuses on guiding a team of technicians in executing maintenance tasks while ensuring compliance with environmental and safety protocols. You will enhance service satisfaction through effective management of service requests and technician assignments, while also engaging in hands-on maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily tasks and motivate technicians to meet goals
• Ensure monthly maintenance job plans are executed effectively
• Improve customer service through monitoring and feedback




• Regularly inspect facility systems and report findings
• Support project activities by managing permits and compliance

Requirements:
• Mandatory college diploma or certification
• Minimum five years of experience in HVAC or related field
• Experience in people leadership is a plus
• Ability to navigate complex maintenance systems and regulations
• Valid driver's license with responsiveness to emergencies
