As a Peer Supervisor, you'll combine leadership expertise with a dedication to peer support principles. You will oversee the Peer Mentors, facilitating meetings and providing training while managing program coordination and client support efforts to enhance recovery journeys. Your role will foster a trauma-informed, inclusive environment, driving continued growth and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide supervision and coaching to Peer Mentors
• Facilitate team meetings and peer debriefings




• Assist in developing and evaluating peer support programs
• Monitor service delivery for quality adherence
• Offer direct peer support and crisis intervention

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Social Services or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years in peer support or community services
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Solid communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Valid transportation access required
