Provide personalized member/client service and experience to clients with complex needs
Be attentive to the needs of members and clients and propose personalized and effective solutions
Seize business opportunities and provide personalized advice for optimal business development
Work with the advisor to manage member and client files: open accounts, prepare meetings and follow up on requests
Ensure the execution of all member and client banking account operations
Proactively inform members and clients about digital solutions and equip them to interact with Desjardins using their preferred method
Help manage the advisor's agenda and emails
Acquire and cultivate knowledge and understanding of Desjardins products and services and competitors' offers
Create offers for routine financial transactions and sales support based on affluent and high net worth clients' needs and expectations
Support advisors by carrying out transactional or operational activities related to the financial services offer
Requirements Attestation of Collegial Studies
A minimum of three years of relevant experience
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
Knowledge of French is required
Knowledge of all products and services available to caisse members and those offered in Desjardins business centers, the components and in the Desjardins distribution networks
Knowledge of integration of financial data into systems
Knowledge and notions of compliance with legislation respecting the distribution of financial products and services




Good grasp of the philosophy and fundamentals of a financial services cooperative
Knowledge of operational procedures for financing and investment activities
Knowledge of operational procedures for convenience services and products as well as automated and assisted transactions
