Key Responsibilities:
• Develop recruitment resources for Indigenous employees
• Foster relationships with WRHA management and community sectors
• Enhance awareness of healthcare careers for Indigenous job seekers
• Promote WRHA’s positive public image and services
• Collaborate on mentorship program development
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in recruitment or community development
• Familiarity with Indigenous employment practices
• Knowledge of health services and community outreach
• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• Valid Manitoba driver’s license for travel
