As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with SOURCES, you will be integral to community support teams. This role mandates the execution of behavior assessments, creation of intervention strategies, and direct service to clients. Candidates must hold BCBA certification or be currently enrolled in a relevant degree program while possessing a valid class 5 driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to various communities for client support
• Liaise with teams and develop client intervention plans
• Collect and analyze behavioral data
• Teach intervention methods to families and clients
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation

Requirements:
• Active BCBA certification or enrollment in an ABA course
• At least two years in behavior analysis
