Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal support to HR on employee lifecycle issues
• Ensure compliance with labour and employment legislation




• Advise on amendments to workplace policies
• Support during collective bargaining and arbitration

Requirements:
• Member of Law Society of Ontario
• Minimum 7 years in labour and employment law
• Strong knowledge of Canada Labour Code
• Excellent communication and client service skills
