Friday Compensation: $50,000 annually + bonus opportunities

Our client is seeking a customer-focused Parts Counter Sales Representative to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, providing product expertise, and driving sales in a fast-paced counter workplace.

As the first point of contact, youll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities Greet customers at the counter and assist with product inquiries, recommendations, and solutions Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, features, and benefits Upsell and cross-sell products to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Keep the counter and sales area clean, organized, and professional Follow company policies, procedures,
