Title: Full Stack Developer Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Duration: + Months Daily responsibilities: Build and ship features across a Python (FastAPI) backend and React Type

Script frontend.

Participate in sprint ceremonies with the squad.

Collaborate with researchers to integrate and harden GenAI components LLM-driven virtual clients, real-time coaching feedback, post-session evaluation agents.

Write and maintain automated tests (pytest, Vitest, Testing Library) and review PRs.

Deploy and monitor services via Helm on Open

Shift; respond to production alerts.

Use AI-powered development tools (Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar) as a standard part of the daily coding workflow .

Software knowledge: Python/FastAPI (backend services and GenAI integration, used daily), React Type

Script (frontend feature development, used daily), LLM/GenAI tooling (virtual client generation, coaching and evaluation pipelines, used regularly), pytest/Vitest/Testing Library (automated testing throughout the lifecycle), Git and code review (daily), Docker/Helm/Kubernetes-Open

Shift (containerization and deployment), AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and/or Windsurf (candidates are expected to be comfortable using these as part of their workflow).

Must Have Skills: Production experience in both Python and Type

Script/Java

Script Experience with React (or comparable modern frontend framework) and REST API development in Python Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB,



or similar) Strong software engineering fundamentals: testing, code reviews, source control, coding standards Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable working across engineering, research, and product Nice to have Skills: Experience building internal dashboards or data visualization features ( charting libraries, admin panels, analytics UIs) Experience designing or building data pipelines for analytics or reporting use cases Experience designing or improving automated test strategies (pytest, Vitest, Testing Library, or equivalent); track record reducing flaky tests or increasing coverage in an existing codebase Experience with Docker and deploying to Kubernetes or Open
