Senior Power Platform & RPA Solution Lead Location _ Markham, ON Hybrid 3 days per week Fulltime / C2H Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in IT, Automation, and Digital Transformation.

Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform , including Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).

Strong experience delivering enterprise RPA and workflow automation solutions.

Proficiency in API integrations, web services, and enterprise application connectivity.

Experience working with Share

Point, Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 , and legacy/mainframe systems.

Robust understanding of solution architecture, application lifecycle management (ALM), governance, and security best practices.

Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage stakeholder relationships across business and IT functions.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Power Apps, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI Services, or Intelligent Automation platforms .

Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
