Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience Tasks Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions Prepare production and other reports Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Financial perks As per collective agreement Support for newcomers and refugees Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition Support for youths Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth Support for Indigenous people Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 35 hours per week
