Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: No experience (will train) Tasks Handling animals Monitoring animal health Prepare a clean, dry area for cows that are calving Feed and tend animals Maintain livestock performance records Milk cows Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens Perform general farm duties Support for newcomers and refugees Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees Support for Indigenous people Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work setting for Indigenous workers Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 40 hours per week
