Your new role As a Training Specialist, you will support workforce capability and organizational performance by designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs across the operation.

Key responsibilities include: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.

Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training programs and materials.

Facilitate onboarding, technical training, workshops, and development initiatives for employees and leaders.

Coordinate training schedules, records,pliance requirements, and learning activities.

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, metrics, and stakeholder feedback.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to continuously improve learning programs and processes.





What you''ll need to succeed Diploma or Bachelor''s Degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience designing, developing, and facilitating training programs for diverse employee groups.

Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS),puter-based training platforms, and e-learning tools.

Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and knowledge transfer practices.

Excellentmunication, presentation, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.

Experience within mining, industrial, manufacturing, or unionized environments is considered a strong asset.
