Adecco is currently hiring full-time Warehouse Associates for exciting opportunities within a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a team-oriented setting, and have experience with order picking, inventory management, RF scanners, and warehouse operations.

Pay Rate: $18.65/hour Location: Vaughan, ON Shift: Monday to Friday | 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm Job type: Temporary | Full-time Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy .

Here''s why you should apply: Paid weekly accurate and on time Strong health and safety programs Medical and dental benefits once qualified Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: Order Picking & Inventory Management Accurately locate, select, and retrieve products from warehouse storage areas.

Pick orders using pick lists, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems.

Verify item numbers, quantities, and product descriptions to ensure order accuracy.

Update inventory records and stock levels in real time using RF scanning technology.

Maintain inventory accuracy through proper product handling and documentation.

Warehouse Operations Assist with receiving, stocking, sorting, and organizing inventory.

Support shipping and order fulfillment activities as required.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.





Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.

Perform additional warehouse and general labour duties as assigned.

Safety & Quality Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures.

Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage.

Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all warehouse activities.

Contribute to overall operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills: Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or order picking experience are considered an asset.

Experience using RF scanners is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and productivity targets.
