Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain strong employer relationships and provide recruitment support
• Offer guidance on workforce needs and inclusive hiring practices
• Collaborate on skill development and work-based learning placements




• Facilitate coordination between employers and service teams
• Track employer engagement and contribute to service improvements

Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ experience in employment services or recruitment
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
• Solid communication and relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with local labor market demands
• Experience in multi-stakeholder environments
