Become the driving force behind housing initiatives at the Tsleil-Waututh Nation as a Housing Manager. Your expertise in managing projects, budgets, and community relations will ensure sustainable and affordable housing for all members.

As a Housing Manager, you will work under the Housing Lead to administer housing programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Your role includes assisting members with housing access, managing rental agreements, and overseeing maintenance operations. You'll engage with the Housing Committee, provide necessary updates to leadership, and develop effective communication strategies with community members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the TWN Housing Program and member support
• Manage mortgages, rents, and arrears




• Develop accurate housing records and project schedules
• Negotiate and monitor housing contracts
• Facilitate community meetings and address concerns

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Property Management or 5 years related experience
• Minimum 2 years in a Managerial/Supervisory role
• Understanding of ISC and CMHC housing programs
• Valid BC Driver's License, Class 5
• Successful Criminal Record Check
