We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will work closely with Executive Directors and operational leaders. This role manages the full accounting cycle, supports acquisitions, and mentors Financial Analysts to ensure best practices. You will play a pivotal part in enhancing financial performance through detailed analysis and insight, reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional services in the retirement sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead month-end close processes for multiple retirement communities
• Prepare and review financial statements and journal entries




• Serve as a trusted finance partner for community leaders
• Provide analysis and recommendations to boost financial performance
• Support audit requests and finance initiatives as required

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4 to 6+ years in finance or accounting roles
• Robust full-cycle accounting and month-end close experience
• CPA designation preferred or actively pursuing
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Yardi
