AstheSeniorProductCommercialization Manager (PCM), youwillleadthe execution of product commercialization to help deliver the goals ofthe Kraft Heinz Canada business.You are accountable for successful delivery of Canada’s portfolio of project initiatives withinthe NorthAmerica Zone. The role requires strong and effective leadership across multiple functional areas, aligningR&D;, Marketing, Sales Finance, and SupplyChain sothateverylaunch or product change is seamlessly executed and thrives in market. Proven communication, collaboration,andinfluencing skills are criticalto realizing Kraft Heinz’slong-term strategic commitments.You willleadcross-functional project teams and are accountable for delivering multiple complex projects at a time– ontime,onbudget,and tothedesired specifications.

Own KraftHeinz ‘send-to-endproductcommercialization processfor Canada, frominitialconcept to successful market launch and post-launch review.
Drive stage gate process and decisions on project progress, deviation, mitigation, influencingcross functional teamsin favor of projectobjectivesand delivery expectations.
Identify,monitorand communicate project risk to executive teams while supporting the development of mitigation strategies.
Track key metrics, report progress, and makeadjustments as needed to ensure projectsuccess.Leadcross-functionalproject teamacross R&D;, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality toinnovate onexecution processes to improve speedto market.
Strengthen the quality, operational, technical rigor withinKraft Heinz’scommercialization processes leading to improved in-market success
Identifyopportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Bachelor’s in Business,Marketing,Food Science, Engineering,
orequivalent practical experience.MBA and/or advanced Project Managementqualificationspreferred (i.e.,PMP or equivalent).
8+ yearsinCPG innovation and commercialization, including stage-gate and agile delivery acrossgrocery, massretail,and e-commercechannels.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills,with the abilityto lead and motivate teams across different departments and levels.
Ability tonegotiate with stakeholders and team members to arrive at mutually beneficial solutions.
Growthmindset with a passion forcontinuous learningand forapplying current knowledge to improve project outcomes.
Strongbusinessacumen, with anunderstandingthe economicfactors motivating brand and category strategy.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading conversationswithboth internal teams and external partners.
Proven analytical skills,leveragingdata driven analysis to develop solutions and implementing change within an organization.
Proficiencyinproject management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project), with a working knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP, PLM experience preferred, Tableau/PowerBIan asset.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including to Kraft Heinzlocationsin the United States.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,600.00 - $148,200.00
Bonus:
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
