The Accounts Manager is the person our customers talk to. You’re the link between the people ordering the merch and the people printing it, and you own an order from the first email through to the moment it goes on press.

You’ll break down pricing and book orders by email, get artwork checked in Illustrator, build mockups in Photoshop for customer approval, and make sure the blanks are in the shop before the job hits the schedule. When a file or a spec is wrong, you’re the one who catches it before it goes on press.

Day to day

Quoting and booking orders by email.

Getting customer artwork print-ready and onto mockups for approval.

Making sure blank goods are ordered and in the shop on time.

Keeping orders moving through the shop, and flagging anything that stalls.

The part that matters most is that last one, plus a habit: always looking for a simpler, faster way to do the thing you just did. We’re a Lean shop and everybody here is expected to improve their own job.

You actually like customer service, and you’re good at it.

You’re quick on a computer. Gmail, cloud tools, keyboard shortcuts.

You catch details when it’s busy, not just when it’s quiet.

You know your way around Photoshop and Illustrator.

You can run your own day without someone checking on you.
