In this engineering position, you will support development cycles while acting as a coordinator among various stakeholders. Your focus will be on leading projects, solving problems, and ensuring project goals are met through optimized processes and automation. This role requires excellence in analyzing data and implementing continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead problem-solving initiatives for current product launches
• Identify automation opportunities through capital purchases
• Conduct investigations into quality issues




• Analyze costs and process data for improvements
• Review manufacturing procedures to enhance efficiency

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Over 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Expertise in CNC machining and welding
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge is an asset
• Ability to travel to the US and China as needed
