Elevate the operational excellence of Toptable Group as the Restaurant Maintenance Coordinator. This role centers on managing maintenance operations, ensuring each restaurant meets compliance and safety standards.

You will report to the VP, Construction & Design and oversee repair and maintenance initiatives across up to 14 restaurant locations. Your responsibilities include scheduling projects, managing urgent repairs, and overseeing vendor performance. Your proactive approach will identify cost-saving opportunities while standardizing practices for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and track maintenance projects for multiple locations
• Prioritize urgent maintenance issues and execute repairs
• Act as liaison for external contractors and vendors




• Monitor compliance with safety and health regulations
• Create regular maintenance reports and document service work

Requirements:
• 2–5+ years experience in maintenance coordination or project management
• Degree or diploma in relevant fields preferred
• Solid ability to manage multiple facilities
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment
• Valid BC Drivers License required
