This in-house role prioritizes preventive maintenance, emergency diagnostics, and routine repairs, offering job stability and reduced reliance on contractors. You will work weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM from our Navin office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot residential HVAC systems and perform repairs
• Conduct routine checks on centralized systems
• Execute key preventative maintenance tasks across properties
• Assist with secondary maintenance during low-demand periods
• Participate in scheduled emergency on-call shifts

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Manitoba Class B Gas Fitter license required
• 3-5 years of relevant HVAC experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
