The ideal candidate will lead and train teams, as well as perform technical assessments on diverse projects, balancing office responsibilities with outdoor fieldwork. Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out field monitoring and environmental assessments
• Train and lead junior field staff in secure practices
• Perform fish species identification and water quality monitoring
• Coordinate field tasks for energy and construction projects
• Manage reporting and submit field data promptly
Requirements:
• 5-9 years of relevant environmental experience
• Biological sciences degree or diploma required
• Commitment to achieving Professional Biologist status
• Valid driver's license with field equipment experience
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
