Promoting adherence to company safety policies on and off site Supporting workplace inspections and risk assessments Ensuring processes, procedures, and forms are transparent, compliant, and understood by all employees Reporting observations and recommending improvements to the SHEQ Manager Investigating workplace incidents and accidents, and reporting findings Representing the company in client safety meetings Evaluating and refining safety policies and safe-work plans Keeping stakeholders informed on safety policy updates Monitoring compliance with provincial OH&S; regulations What you must have: 35 years of experience in a Health & Safety role NCSO/OHS Certified, or actively working toward certification Strong knowledge of Alberta OH&S; legislation ISO 9001 familiarity an asset Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power
Point, Outlook)
Field experience required Willingness to travel up to 75% Must be customer-focused, solution-driven, and committed to zero workplace accidents.
