As a Maintenance Technician, you will tackle mechanical problems, maintain machinery, and contribute to a clean, eco-friendly environment. Ideal candidates will have robust mechanical abilities, with licensed Millwrights favored but also accepting experienced apprentices or mechanics eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair recycling machinery and systems
• Perform regular maintenance on pumps, conveyors, and shredders




• Complete documentation for maintenance activities accurately
• Implement safety procedures diligently
• Participate in plant improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• 433A license preferred but not mandatory
• Over 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting and repair
• Familiarity with CMMS and safety practices
• Strong problem-solving skills in a rapid-paced setting
