What Will You Do? As a Data Scientist Lead at Sobeys, you will provide technical leadership for measurement solutions across marketing, space productivity, and promotion planning use cases. You will lead a team of data scientists to build and manage statistical measurement ETLs in cloud environments while partnering with engineering and business teams. Additionally, you will mentor team members through code reviews and drive the adoption of advanced statistical methods like Bayesian modeling and Markov chains across the organization.
