Key Responsibilities:
• Manage PGY1–3 Curriculum calendar and speaker logistics
• Lead planning for Objective Structured Clinical Examinations
• Coordinate resident review meetings with faculty
• Create databases for Clinical Teaching Unit schedules
• Provide administrative support for special program events
Requirements:
• Two-year post-secondary diploma and four years related experience
• Experience in coordinating schedules and exams
• Proficiency with scheduling software and related tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
• Robust attention to detail and interpersonal skills
