Protecnium is looking for a Lead Project Controls Specialist for a 2-year major infrastructure project during its design phase. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in project controls, including leadership roles in complex transit or heavy civil projects. You will focus on planning, implementing cost controls, and overseeing progress measurement to ensure compliance and success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project controls on complex transit and infrastructure projects
• Develop team-oriented frameworks including target pricing




• Monitor and report on earned value and project progress
• Utilize Primavera P6 for resource and cost-loaded schedules
• Conduct QCRA/QSRA assessments for price development

Requirements:
• 10 years of project control experience required
• 5+ years in lead roles on major projects
• Strong expertise in EV management
• Solid experience with risk register management
• Possession of relevant project management certifications

Your leadership will influence the success of significant projects in Vancouver.
