Job Description * This is a CASUAL position, but does require 3 weeks of full-time paid training to start
* 2PM-10PM shift
* Previous scheduling or office experience is required
As acasual Assignment Coordinator,you will act as the primary point of contact for clients and field staff, offering superior customer service skills asyoumatch clients in need of care to appropriate field staff.

What you’ll do: Assignappropriate staff topatientsbased on a variety of factors including times suggested bypatients, staff availability and relevant skill sets
Build a care schedulefor patients
Enter and update employee andpatientdata within computerized system
Respond professionally and courteously to calls and electronic communication from funders, staff,patients, and families
Document and appropriately reportall staff and patient interactions
Whatyou bring: One year administrative or office experienceis an asset
Scheduling experience is an asset
Strong computer skills
Superior Customer service skills
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written
Compassion and empathy when interacting with patients and their families
