Excel as a Quality Inspector skilled in non-destructive testing and dimensional inspection. This position requires proficiency in standard measuring gauge tools to ensure compliance with stringent quality standards.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to conduct dimensionally and visually accurate inspections. Your role will involve using mechanical, pneumatic, and optical gauges, while adhering to established inspection protocols and quality procedures. You will also be responsible for training current employees and maintaining housekeeping standards using 5S methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using non-destructive testing
• Train new employees in inspection procedures and tools
• Read and interpret production prints and written instructions
• Set up and adjust standard gauges for accurate measurements
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and compliance with quality standards
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma
• Demonstrated competency as an Inspector or related experience
• Knowledge of quality systems and regulations including ITAR
• Proficient with measuring gauge tools such as mechanical and optical
• Ability to pass background checks for compliance
