This temporary, part time position involves performing essential housekeeping and laundry tasks in a long-term care setting. Under the supervision of the Environmental Supervisor, you will ensure that residents' spaces are tidy and organized while engaging positively with them. A compassionate approach and effective communication will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cleaning tasks in residents’ rooms and communal areas
• Handle laundry processing and folding accurately
• Maintain inventory and labelling of clothing items




• Comply with fire safety and evacuation protocols
• Communicate politely with residents and visitors

Requirements:
• Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in geriatric care is beneficial
• Dedication to prioritizing residents’ needs
• Police record check with vulnerable sector clearance
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
