Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Community Care Assistant to join the Home Support Team in Whistler and Pemberton, BC. You will provide home support services, observe client needs, and collaborate with the health care team to maintain client independence.
As a Community Health Worker, you will help with ADLs/IADLs, motivate clients, and contribute to care planning. Mileage reimbursement and travel allowances apply; BC registry and valid driver’s license are required.
