In this Junior Technology Logistics Support Associate role, you will be dedicated to providing hands-on technical assistance for IT systems and equipment within the logistics workplace. Your responsibilities include monitoring data center operations, troubleshooting incidents, and coordinating with support teams to resolve issues quickly. You'll also assist with system installations and ensure timely maintenance of technical resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver everyday technical support for logistics equipment
• Be the first point of contact for FC and DC IT assistance




• Troubleshoot Level 1 and Level 2 incidents in real-time
• Assist with deploying and configuring new technology
• Monitor data center alarms and maintenance activities

Requirements:
• Background in technology support for logistics
• Skilled in Microsoft Windows 10/11 environments
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 software
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experienced in technology asset management
