This position focuses on data accuracy and quality within a nimble team environment, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Product. You'll be responsible for ensuring end-to-end market data quality while creating and refining a robust ETF ontology essential for effective asset categorization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a human-in-the-loop for AI data accuracy
• Develop a unified ETF taxonomy for data consistency
• Guarantee the completeness and timeliness of market data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data needs
• Liaise with vendors to uphold data quality standards

Requirements:
• 3+ years in financial technology or asset management
• Robust SQL knowledge and AI prompting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant quantitative field
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with financial data vendors is a plus
