As a vital member of Huron Lodge, you will collaborate with the Manager of Resident Services. Your role includes creating and implementing therapeutic programs that foster resident participation and joy. Regular assessments are necessary for tailoring care plans to meet individualized needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate engaging therapeutic programs for residents
• Perform initial assessments for current residents
• Update and maintain residents' care documentation
• Attend care conferences with the multidisciplinary team
• Escort residents to scheduled activities and outings

Requirements:
• Diploma in Recreation and Leisure or related field
• Over one year of experience in Long-Term Care
• Current Class 'G' Driver’s License required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
