Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure effective sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes.
- Utilize modern HR technology to streamline recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on both high-level and lower-level roles.

Requirements
- 5-15 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
