Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience Tasks Assign sales workers to duties Hire and train or arrange for training of staff Order merchandise Authorize return of merchandise Establish work schedules Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters Organize and maintain inventory Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers Supervise office and volunteer staff Support for newcomers and refugees Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition Support for youths Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work setting for youth Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
