Our client, an established real estate investment, development, and property management company, is seeking a Head of Finance to join its leadership team.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity offering broad exposure across accounting, finance, reporting, operations, development projects, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Lead all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and treasury activities.

Oversee month-end, year-end, and multi-entity financial reporting.

Partner with ownership and leadership to support growth initiatives, financing activities, acquisitions, development projects, and portfolio performance.

Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.

Manage lender, investor, and external advisor relationships while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and financial obligations.

Establish and maintain robust internal controls, financial processes, and risk management practices.

Oversee and mentor the finance and accounting team while driving continuous improvement across systems and processes.
