Job Description Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to build and maintain scalable, HIPAAcompliant data pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark, and Databricks to support healthcare AI use cases Optimize databases and queries across relational systems and data warehouses to enable lowlatency access for AI applications Design and deploy retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) systems to deliver grounded, reliable insights for clinical and administrative workflows Develop agentic AI workflows and NLP solutions to extract value from unstructured clinical data Rapidly prototype and demo AI tools using Streamlit and integrate workflows into operational systems using lowcode tools Deploy, evaluate, and optimize AI systems using Docker, FastAPI, and metricdriven performance monitoring to ensure production reliability and minimize hallucinations Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science,



Engineering, or a related technical field 47+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering roles Strong, handson experience with retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) systems Advanced Python skills for data processing and API development Excellent SQL skills and comfort working in complex, realworld database environments Robust understanding of LLM and Transformer architectures, especially as they relate to longcontext and retrievalbased systems Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (, Lang
