This role is tailored for engineering students who have completed at least their 2nd year in related fields. As an intern, you will assist in product and application support, engaging with internal and external customers. Gain vital experience in troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical support during your internship.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Hexagon A&P; Hardware and Software applications
• Provide troubleshooting and investigation support
• Assist with technical documentation and training material reviews




• Help update team procedures and best practices
• Set up equipment for customer issue reproduction

Requirements:
• Enrolled in the Engineering Internship/Co-op program
• Minimum of 12-month availability, 37.5 hours per week
• Strong communication skills, oral and written
• Detail-oriented with a positive problem-solving attitude
• Strong academic credentials essential
