As an Activity Worker in our Home & Community Care – Assisted Living department, you will contribute to enhancing the well-being of our clients. You’ll be responsible for implementing activities aligned with our organizational policies and values, all while working under the supervision of management. This full time position ensures that our clients enjoy purposeful and engaging activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement activities to engage clients
• Maintain alignment with Northern Health’s values and vision




• Monitor compliance with established program procedures
• Collaborate with the team and report to management
• Foster client participation in a variety of activities

Requirements:
• Experience in assisted living or a similar field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of client-centered service practices
• Availability for Monday to Friday shifts, 08:30 to 16:30
• Familiarity with relevant operational policies
