Key Responsibilities:
• Manage donation paperwork and donor communications
• Coordinate In-Memoriam and tribute gifts effectively
• Maintain comprehensive donor records in Raiser’s Edge NXT




• Research prospective donors to aid fundraising strategies
• Deposit donations and assist with financial reporting

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience
• Three years in donor relations or customer service
• Strong detail orientation and task management skills
• Advanced MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent analytical and problem-resolution abilities
