Key Responsibilities:
• Search and locate documents in library catalogs
• Process and track requested materials securely
• Link barcodes and update ILMS files
• Receive daily deliveries and forward documents
• Prepare packages and print shipping labels
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum one year in a similar role
• Ability to operate a lift truck and handle up to 23 kg
• Bilingual in French and English
• Experience in customer service and data management
