Understand the program’s vision, strategic objectives, priorities, and business needs

Assess organizational and human impacts associated with transformation initiatives

Provide change management expertise and leadership

Support partners in defining needs and implementing solutions for sustainable adoption

Collaborate with sponsors, managers, initiative leaders, project teams, Talent & Culture partners, and stakeholders

Develop, lead, and execute change management strategies

Conduct and consolidate stakeholder and impact assessments

Evaluate cumulative change impacts, human-related risks, and organizational readiness

Develop strategies, plans, and interventions for engagement, communications, training, risk management, and adoption monitoring

Participate in program governance forums

Influence adoption-related decisions and integrate change management perspectives

Structure and communicate key change messages

Support communications and governance materials

Coach leaders as change champions

Identify interdependencies across initiatives and align with change management specialists

Ensure consistent application of change management best practices

Requirements

Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in complex environments

Impactful leadership and solid political acumen

Ability to influence sponsors, managers, and project teams

Experience developing and implementing change management strategies, plans, and tools

Excellent communication,



facilitation, synthesis, and message development skills

Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management within a large organization, including organizational transformation initiatives or complex programs

Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant field

Advanced level of French

Intermediate level of English

Ability to regularly prepare documentation in English
