In this permanent part-time job, you will provide tailored health care services in collaboration with Registered Nurses. Your role includes planning and evaluating care interventions, performing assessments, and actively contributing to individualized care plans for clients experiencing a range of cognitive impairments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical expertise and resource support to nursing staff
• Plan and administer nursing interventions and medications
• Ensure client-centered care within an interdisciplinary framework




• Perform detailed client assessments and evaluations
• Collaborate on care plans with Registered Nurse team members

Requirements:
• Registration in positive standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BCLS certificate for healthcare providers
• Experience in long-term care preferred
